IHI Tsunagu Lab
The Lab was opened in 2014 and is the IHI Group's first base to promote open innovation. In addition to the discussion area, there is a cafe and an exhibition area. It gives opportunities to solve new issues through dialogue, both in Japan and overseas.

Ignition Base (i-Base)
This is a space that goes a step further than the "IHI Tsunagu Lab" and allows for total consultation, from discussion to commercialization. We engage in consistent efforts, including more specific discussions with engineers, and building a team for prototyping or scaling.
Yokoyama Office

DOCK / CO-LAB
It is a space for in-depth discussions with engineers who have specialized knowledge on social issues to be solved. In addition to discussing technical topics, they ask questions from different perspectives to elicit needs and issues. They clarify the theme to be tackled and proceed to a concrete concept.
GARAGE
It is a place to make prototypes after finding issues to be addressed. Rapid prototyping using 3D printers or other devices enables rapid development by repeating the cycle of prototyping and feedback.
DRY BAR
If you have any questions about how to use the innovation space, please come to visit DRY BAR anytime. A member who works at Technology & Intelligence Integration laboratory introduces qualified personnel and an appropriate division and disseminates activities globally.
PROJECT BOOTH
After understanding an outline of your project, it is a place where you can build a virtual team and develop it into a business. Members both inside and outside the company work together to tackle the project from engineering to marketing.
